Everything's Coming Up Rosie

My passion for media didn't start in a boardroom or a studio—it solidified in the summer of 1997. I was watching a rerun of The Rosie O’Donnell Show, and I saw something more than just a talk show. I saw a masterclass in connection. The energy she fostered was upbeat, judgment-free, and authentically kind. It resonated so deeply that it sparked a lifelong mission: to create spaces where people feel like the best version of themselves.

I've hosted everything from Talk Shows to the News from my bedroom in Wisconsin, honing my voice and my "pitch" long before I ever had a real microphone. That "Rosie Energy" remains my North Star to this day.

The Hustle Behind the Mic

To get people on the right stages, you have to know how to open doors. My "real world" training began in the driver’s seat of a Fashion Truck. Navigating a boutique-on-wheels and convincing strangers to step inside taught me how to find the common thread in any conversation.

That "hustle" eventually led me to the Executive Director's chair of an arts-in-health nonprofit. There, I learned to speak the language of leadership and strategic growth. I wasn't just telling stories anymore; I was building missions and managing the high-level operations that make them successful.

A Decade in the Host’s Chair

Since 2011, I’ve lived the life I imagined as a kid. I’ve hosted and produced thousands of episodes of award-winning talk shows and podcasts. I’ve spent over a decade in the host’s chair, learning the "insider’s ear"—the exact rhythm and "hook" that makes a guest stand out in a crowded inbox.
